FRC (Freelance Recruiter Community) is a technology recruitment crowdsourcing ecosystem formed by MSBU. This community brings together hundreds of freelance recruiters from all over Indonesia to connect with each other, contribute to IT recruitment projects, and get rewarded for their work. FRC is designed to make it easy for freelance recruiters to run recruitment processes in a flexible, structured, and transparent manner-with full support from the MSBU team.

Use your network and submit candidates through the FRC platform. There are periodic rewards for top submitters and achievers!

Who can join the FRC Ecosystem?

FRC Ecosystem is open to IT professionals, freelancers, students in the field of technology, and individuals who are interested in developing careers in the digital and technology industry.

How to join the FRC Ecosystem?

You can join by filling out the registration form available on this page or through an invitation from the FRC Ecosystem team either through self-submission or member referral channels. After that, you will be invited to attend the Kick Off Meeting and if you meet the qualifications you will get access to various community programs and activities.

What are the benefits of joining the FRC Ecosystem?

As an FRC Ecosystem member, you will get:
✅ Access to exclusive events, such as webinars, workshops, and networking sessions.
✅ Opportunity to get projects or job opportunities from partner companies.
✅ Connect with a community of IT and digital professionals.
✅ Support and mentorship in career development.

Is there a fee to join the FRC Ecosystem?

No, joining the FRC Ecosystem is free. However, certain programs or activities may require additional contributions or fees, which will be informed in advance.

What is the minimum CV that must be submitted by FRC Members?

FRC Members must submit at least 1 CV per week and can be accumulated in total every month.

How long is the screening process by the internal team of MSBU recruiters?

The screening process by MSBU internal usually takes about 3-7 working days, depending on the number of candidates being processed and the complexity of the position being applied for.
Notes: Processing time may vary depending on the urgency of the position and response from candidates. Candidates are advised to always monitor emails or communications from the MSBU team.

How is the placement commission disbursement system?

Placement commissions will be disbursed to FRC Members after Onboarding Day-1. If the commission claim is made before the 19th, the commission will be sent in the same month. However, if the commission claim is made after the 19th, the commission will be sent the following month.

Are there any rewards other than placement commissions?

FRC Ecosystem has a Weekly Winner, Monthly Winner & Annual Winner program.

What is an inactive member in the FRC Ecosystem?

Members are considered inactive if for a certain period they do not show participation in the community, such as:

  1. Not attending events, discussions, or community activities within 3 consecutive months.
  2. Not responding to communications from the FRC Ecosystem team within a certain period of time.
  3. Do not contribute in any form (Submit CV, discussion, sharing, or networking).
What are the consequences for inactive members?

Inactive members may be penalized in the form of:
✅ Early warning via email or community notification.
✅ Temporary suspension of access to exclusive programs (such as job opportunities, mentoring, or premium events).
✅ Removal from the community if there is no activity within 6 months.
